Our Labour Hire / Temporary & Casual Work services offers our employers and clients a skilled and flexible casual workforce. Since 1994, GBS Recruitment have been assessing and providing suitable casual workers to our clients across Gippsland. We’re continuously networking, seeking, meeting and assessing reliable and suitable workers that are available for casual job opportunities at short notice. We understand our clients requirements can arise quickly with minimal notice and we’re here to service your needs in a fast and efficient manner. Our quick and robust recruitment processes allow us to ensure we find you the right worker/s in a timely manner which in turn, enables your business to retain productivity with minimal disruption.

Why would I need a casual workforce?

A casual workforce gives you the flexibility to have a worker for a minimum amount of time. It could be just one or multiple employees, either way GBS are there to assist you & your business.

  • Provide you with a quote and terms of business - GBS employ and pay the worker so you only receive 1 invoice per week!
  • Perform the recruitment & selection, organisation and administration to get the worker started asap
  • Once the worker have commenced, we provide ongoing support with payroll, OH&S and regular visits to monitor performance
