Registering with GBS will automatically add your details into our database as a registered candidate. As a registered candidate, when our clients request personnel with particular key skill sets, a database scan will be performed to identify any potential candidates who might be suitable. Those with matching skills may then be contacted to see if they are interested in the role. You will also receive an email advising how to set up for Job Alerts, which we strongly encourage you to do, and let the jobs automatically come to you when loaded on our site.Â
We use analytics to determine market salaries, how many people are in the market with niche skills and where we locate these people from. We guide our candidates and clients on the full employment process from both aspects, always ensuring that everything is compliant with Australian law. We also personalise the process for both our candidates and hiring managers.
