An ongoing casual opportunity for a technically minded professional to work on residential and commercial security and electronic systems across Gipps

Working across residential and commercial properties, you will undertake a variety of installation, maintenance and fault-finding tasks. This opportunity will suit someone with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and an interest in security and electronic equipment.
About the Role
- Casual position with ongoing work
- Immediate start available
- Residential and commercial work across Gippsland
- Varied duties and projects, with no two days the same
- Install, maintain and diagnose faults in alarm systems, CCTV, access controls and intercoms.
- Install data cabling, fibre optic wiring and phone points.
- Assess equipment faults and trace their sources.
- Install TV antenna systems and fit audio and visual equipment.
- Fit Wi-Fi equipment and connect devices to networks.
- Deliver professional customer service and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check or willingness to secure these.
- Security Provider Licence preferred but not essential.
- Current manual driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in security and electronic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation.
- Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and in confined roof spaces.
