We're looking for a creative, organised and self-motivated Social Media Coordinator to have fresh, engaging and consistent online presence.
This is a flexible casual contractor opportunity, ideally suited to someone who enjoys creating content, filming and editing videos, keeping up with social media trends and isn't afraid to suggest new ideas. You'll mainly work from home, with occasional visits to a Traralgon office to capture content and collaborate with the team.
Whether you're an experienced social media professional, content creator or digital marketer, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
No two weeks will be exactly the same, but your role may include:
- Creating eye-catching graphics and posts using Canva
- Filming and editing short-form video content for social media
- Developing engaging content ideas and keeping up with current trends
- Scheduling and managing posts across multiple social media platforms
- Monitoring messages, comments and notifications
- Tracking performance and preparing simple monthly analytics reports
- Working closely with a team to help grow online presence and brand awareness
You'll be someone who:
- Has experience managing business social media accounts
- Enjoys creating engaging written and visual content
- Is confident using Canva and video editing apps/software
- Has excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Is organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Loves bringing new ideas to the table
- Experience with scheduling platforms such as Loomly (or similar) will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
