About the Role

As Senior Property Manager, you will manage a residential property management portfolio with minimal supervision. This is role is ideal for an experienced, organised, and client-focused professional with a proven track record in end-to-end property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property management of a varied portfolio
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
  • Conduct private and open inspections (midweek and rostered Saturdays)
  • Process rental applications and prepare tenancy files
  • Complete condition reports, lease renewals, and rent reviews
  • Manage maintenance requests, repairs, and bond releases
  • Assist with landlord payments and arrears management
  • Maintain compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and internal polices
  • Manage VCAT matters and attend tribunals as required
  • Support the growth of the rental portfolio through appraisals and securing new listings
  • Ensure quality control, record keeping, and filing standards are met
Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in residential property management
  • Current Representatives Certificate (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and industry best practices
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and deliver results
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills
  • Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
