This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to step into a pivotal role supporting a dynamic People & Culture team during a period of transition and change.
About the Role Commencing ASAP, this temporary assignment will run for approximately 12 weeks. You will play a key role in delivering high-level HR support, particularly across employee and industrial relations, while partnering closely with leaders to guide them through organisational change.
Working within a collaborative team environment, you will support a People & Culture function that includes senior and advisory-level professionals, contributing to both strategic and operational HR outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice across employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters
- Support leaders with change management processes and frameworks
- Manage complex casework, investigations, and performance matters
- Develop high-quality written documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Partner with managers to build capability and confidence in people management
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior HR / People & Culture role
- Strong background in ER/IR, including exposure to unionised environments
- Demonstrated experience managing organisational change
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to quickly build relationships and add value in a short-term engagement
- Attractive hourly rate aligned to generous FTE Package
