Recruitment Administrator
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Recruitment Administrator to work from our Head Office in Traralgon.
- Permanent Full-Time Role with Long-Term Career Opportunity
- Work in a Fast-Paced, High-Performance Recruitment Environment
- Be Part of a Supportive, People-Focused Team in Gippsland's Leading Agency
Our success is built on our values: Respect, Integrity, Passion, Community, and Accountability. We are now looking for a highly capable Recruitment Administrator to join our Traralgon head office team. This is a key support role within a fast-paced, sales-driven recruitment environment.
This is not a passive admin role — you’ll be right in the middle of the action, supporting Recruitment Consultants, managing candidate engagement, coordinating workflows, and helping keep the engine of the business running smoothly.
About the role
You’ll be the backbone of the recruitment process, supporting both clients and candidates while ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling priorities, communicating with a wide range of people, and keeping multiple processes moving at once.
If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in getting things done properly the first time — this role will suit you. The salary is flexible and will be tailored to experience, skills, and the impact you can deliver in the role.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating candidate registration and onboarding processes
- Collecting, checking, and managing candidate compliance documentation
- Scheduling interviews and managing consultant diaries
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in our database system
- Providing high-level administrative support to Recruitment Consultants
- Responding to client and candidate enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting day-to-day office and operational tasks as required
We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and strong organisational ability. Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told, you anticipate what needs doing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Confidence working with systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A strong understanding of confidentiality and professional standards
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine team-first approach
- A good sense of humour — we work hard, but we enjoy the journey too
- Be part of Gippsland’s largest and most established private recruitment agency
- Work in a supportive, high-performing and collaborative team
- Gain exposure to a fast-moving sales and recruitment environment
- Opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth
- A workplace where effort, attitude, and results are genuinely valued
