About the Role

As a Junior Property Manager, you’ll learn the ropes of end-to-end residential property management while supporting the team in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone motivated, organised, and keen to build a career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with property inspections, lease preparation, and tenancy management
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
  • Support the team with processing applications, condition reports, and maintenance requests
  • Learn compliance requirements under the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Contribute to a growing rental portfolio and business success
Skills & Experience
  • Eager to learn and build a career in end-to-end property management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
  • Previous experience in property management or customer service is a plus, but not essential
