About the Role: Due to continued growth and internal movements, an exciting opportunity has become available within the Accounts team. The business is open to engaging either:
  • One Full-Time Accounts Receivable Officer, or
  • Two Part-Time Accounts Professionals, sharing responsibilities across the function
This flexibility makes the role well-suited to candidates seeking reduced hours, job-share arrangements, or work-life balance.

The position will support the Financial Controller and Accountant, following sound accounting practices and ensuring the smooth operation of financial and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily accounting routines within the Administration Department
  • Record and report financial transactions accurately and on time
  • Manage receipts and debtor payments
  • Reconcile and process daily bank statements across multiple accounts
  • Complete various general ledger reconciliations as directed
  • Assist with stock management and processing
  • Act as a key point of contact between sales staff, customers, and suppliers
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and/or receivable
  • Ability to complete multiple bank reconciliations daily
  • Exceptional attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Professional and confident phone manner with excellent relationship management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and initiative to work independently
  • Current full driver’s licence required
