Our Industrial Recruitment Division has been servicing the Gippsland region for over 15 years. We work with a range of companies within the Energy, Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction and General Manufacturing sectors within Gippsland and regional Victoria.
Our services range from Casual, Labour Hire and Permanent placements. We can manage your payroll for your employees incorporating their weekly payslips, tax, superannuation and work-cover charges, allowing you to focus on the day to day operations of your business.
When it comes to urgent and rapid turn-around requirements, we are here to support you. We maintain a dedicated database of over 1000 active candidates looking for work within Gippsland. For longer term and planned recruitment assignments, we also have a portfolio of candidates who are based nationally and internationally, who have the intention to re-locate to Gippsland for the right career opportunity.
GBS maintains compliance with all relevant industry Awards and Conditions and ensures that all our workers/contractors are paid correctly and all legal requirements are covered. We issue standard PPE to our candidates, making sure they are in accordance with the site requirements. We perform client site OH&S checks to provide GBS candidates with a healthy and safe workplace environment at all times.
Our consultants are available seven days a week and are experienced in urgent and last minute recruitment needs. Celebrating our status since 1994 as Gippsland’s largest recruitment firm, we have offices located throughout the region, Traralgon, Sale and Warragul.
