Vicki is a highly experienced finance and payroll professional with a strong background in accounts management, business support, and administration and bookkeeping across a diverse range of industries, including energy, transport, and corporate services. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, bringing both technical expertise and practical insight to financial management.

At GBS Recruitment, Vicki manages all internal finances, oversees the end-to-end labour hire pay run, manages HRIS processes and provides payroll services to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and award interpretation are applied at every stage. She also supports our Safety and Injury Management Specialist with all aspects of WorkCover and injury management administration.

With extensive expertise in payroll, award interpretation, reconciliations, vendor management, and process improvements, Vicki is known for her attention to detail, organisational strength, and collaborative approach. She delivers practical, client-focused solutions that keep payroll, compliance, and finance processes running seamlessly for both GBS and its clients.
