Our client is currently seeking a Workshop Foreman to join their team and play a pivotal role in maintaining their reputation for excellence in the automotive industry. As a Workshop Foreman, you will not only oversee the smooth operation of our workshop, but also contribute to core values of commitment to customer satisfaction and community support.
The Role- Lead and motivate a team of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship
- Utilise your automotive expertise to complete servicing, repairs and diagnostics
- Manage the workload and flow through the workshop
- Oversee training and development of technicians and apprentices
- Contribute and uphold company reputation for exceptional service
- Operate internal CRM (database) system
- Working closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors
About You- Proven experience in a similar workshop leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical skills in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Valid Automotive Technician Trade Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
- LVT highly desirable
- Automotive Air Conditioning Licence highly desirable
