With a newly secured East Traralgon location currently undergoing refurbishment, this business is bringing a premium product range and a fresh retail experience to the local market. This is a rare opportunity to take the lead role in establishing and growing a brand-new store from the ground up.

We are seeking a professional, driven and community-minded Retail Store Manager to take full ownership of the Traralgon showroom. This is a hands-on retail leadership role where you will:

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional sales advice
• Drive store performance and revenue growth
• Build strong relationships within the local community
• Maintain high showroom presentation standards
• Work closely with the business owner, who will provide full product training

You will not be required to install products — this is a retail and customer-focused role, supported by specialist installers.

About You:

• A polished and professional retail leader
• Confident in consultative, high-value sales
• Customer service driven with a strong attention to detail
• Well connected within the local community
• From a retail or trade-related background (highly regarded)
• Motivated to build and grow something from the ground up

Most importantly, you take pride in running a store as if it were your own.

What’s On Offer

• Base salary of $70,000–$75,000 + super (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
• Bonus/commission structure to reward performance
• Realistic earning potential of $100K+ package for a high performer
• Full product training provided
• Direct mentorship from the business owner
• Career growth as the brand expands

Role Details

• Monday to Saturday trading
• 5 days per week (weekday off if working Saturday)
• Opportunity to expand to a 6-day roster with additional earning potential
• Future support from a Sales Cadet as the store grows

This role is commencing ASAP, with interviews taking place in Traralgon mid-March with a view to the store opening in early April.
