Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Reception / Administrator to work from our Head Office in Traralgon.  This role supports our Recruitment team, so we need an individual that thrives in a fast-paced work environment, comes with a positive attitude, a strong customer focus, and exceptional administration and organisational skillsets.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm. 
Some of your duties will include:
  • Front Desk / Reception Management 
  • Coordinating the candidate registration process
  • Obtaining and managing candidate documentation
  • Organising and scheduling interviews
  • Database management
  • General administration and office support
