About the Role Reporting to management, the Property Management Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying, listing and managing all new business opportunities for the agency. Acting as a key liaison between the sales and property management teams, you will be instrumental in driving portfolio growth while ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting rental appraisals and preparing professional pre and post appraisal documentation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective rental providers
- Managing and updating CRM and property management databases
- Following up appraisals within required timeframes and maintaining regular client contact
- Generating new business opportunities through database calls, prospecting and sales team collaboration
- Preparing rental appraisal letters and investor marketing material
- Attending sales meetings and maintaining familiarity with current sales listings
- Reviewing tenancy applications and coordinating handover to Property Managers
- Meeting monthly KPI targets relating to appraisals, listings and outbound activity
- Providing weekly KPI reporting to management
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience within Property Management or Real Estate, ideally 2+ years
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
- Confidence working in a target-driven role
- A professional presentation and customer-first approach
- Strong computer literacy and experience using industry systems
- Current Estate Agent’s Licence OR Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)
- Current Police Check or willingness to apply
- Declaration of Eligibility to be Employed as an Agent’s Representative
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Working knowledge of CRM and property management systems
- Estimated realistic OTE once established: $95-125K
