While previous work experience is preferred, it is not essential. Candidates with farming backgrounds who are accustomed to working around tractors, have machinery aptitude, and are physically fit and strong are often successful in a role such as this. However, we welcome applications from anyone who meets the qualifications and attributes mentioned above.

The hours of work will vary depending on the worksite.  The Dry Mill site hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 3.00pm to 12am and every second Friday, 2.30pm to 11.00pm.  The Green Mill site hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 4.00pm to 12am and Friday, 2.30pm – 11.00pm.
