About the Role
This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide and mentor a skilled team of technicians while actively contributing to the installation, servicing, and training of Modra’s world-class machinery. Your technical expertise, proactive mindset, and ability to inspire and drive team performance will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Actively engage in the installation, servicing, and client training for Modra machines.
• Manage client relationships with professionalism, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of installations and services.
• Collaborate with the production team to drive process improvements and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OHS policies across all activities.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong technical expertise, with an electrical trade certification highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with installation and servicing of technical equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and team leadership.
• Adaptability and willingness to travel internationally four to six times a year for two-week periods.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to fostering a safe and collaborative team environment.
