About the role
Our client is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join their warehouse crew, day shift (6am - 2pm) at their South Gippsland facility. The role is 5 days per week – Monday to Friday.
Duties
- Performing material handling operations using High Reach Forklifts
- Carry out loading and unloading operations
- Placing materials in warehouse storage areas in accordance with instructions
- Checking condition of materials during loading, unloading, and handling operations
- Completing and updating documentation relating to goods in storage and in transit
- Carrying out stocktaking operation as required
- Pick Orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Experience operating equipment and machinery including Forklift
- Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Able to work in cold environments
- Ability to follow all OH&S procedures and policies
- A high level of concentration and attention to detail
- The ability to do repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
- Driven and seeking a stable, reliable, and consistent type of work for the long term
- Physically fit, disciplined, agile and a team player within a dynamic environment
- Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout all processes
- A keen attitude to work, reliability and flexibility
- Possess working rights in Australia
- Driver’s Licence
- Forklift license - including High Reach Operations
