About the Role

As the Administrator/Finance Officer, you will support the Managing Director and the existing Administration team with day-to-day administrative and finance tasks. We are looking for a new admin to come in and do general admin duties along with Junior Finance roles such as accounts payable, end of month data entry, employee pay files, data entry, petty cash management and general data entry across the business.
You will be a pro-active self-starter, who is motivated to add value to this new role and make it their own. You will be a skilled multitasker with the ability to manage competing demands and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills while interacting with a range of stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
  • Administrative or Finance experience
  • Exceptional English language skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
  • Professionally presented
  • Strong telephone skills/call centre work style
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resilient and persistent nature
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve key performance indicators, budgets and targets
  • Mathematical Expertise-experience performing mathematical calculations to prepare quotes
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Current Victorian drivers licence
  • Flexible hours for negotiation with the successful candidate (i.e. school hours)
