Facility Officer - Contract Role

DescriptionMy client is seeking the services of a suitably experienced Facility Officer to join their team.  As a key player in the project management team, you will be involved in the development, construction, and maintenance of building assets and associated facilities.

You will primarily focus on the efficient coordination of planning, developing, and the implementation of corporate projects, including the annual budgeting of facilities capital and maintenance works.  As this role will oversee and work closely with internal and external customers, excellent organisational and communication skills, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills are essential. 

A demonstrated knowledge of building and facility management principles, and experience in project control, with a background in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or quantity surveying will be a strong indicator of your suitability for this opportunity.  

To be considered for this position you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, with proven negotiation skills and strong analytical skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects.  This opportunity is a contract position and offers a unique challenge with diverse duties.
