DescriptionA Credit / Settlements Officer is required to join this Financial organisation in Traralgon on a Full Time Permanent basis starting ASAP.  Experience working in either a Bank or a Financial Lending Institution is essential.

The organisation has been established for over 20 years and they have a loyal client base throughout Australia. They have won numerous awards for their professional and efficient service as their number one consideration as a company is to offer a high level of customer service to all of their clients.

You will be responsible for providing market leading finance and lending solutions along with exceptional customer service to a diverse portfolio of existing clients across Gippsland. You must be able to operate with minimal supervision and enjoy working within a small business environment.

Our client is looking for an individual who can offer them the following experience and skills:

  • Financial Services work experience gained in the Australian market
  • Impeccable presentation, communication and customer service skills
  • Top numerical and problem solving ability
  • Competent computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel and Windows packages
  • The ability to work in both a team environment and independently  

The standard working hours are 9am to 5pm with a one hour lunch break, and they also have a family friendly approach to the workplace and are willing to work with, and accommodate loyal, hard working employees.
